Hey there, I'm Kate!

I’m a family, maternity, newborn, and couples photographer based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest — mostly around Olympia and Tacoma.

A few years ago, I was just a mom with a camera, chasing the light and trying to hold onto all the little moments that pass too quickly. Now, I get to do that for other people — and honestly, it’s the best job ever.

These days, I spend most of my time capturing growing bellies, tiny newborn toes, giggly toddlers, and the real, everyday magic between couples and families. Whether we’re documenting your first days as parents, a cozy in-home couples session, or a wild and joyful family adventure, my goal is to make you feel comfortable, seen, and celebrated.

Before photography, I worked as a pediatric dental assistant, so I’ve had plenty of experience working with children — including those with special needs. I bring that same patience, warmth, and understanding into every session. I’m also a proud mom and a major coffee lover (you’ll almost always catch me with an iced coffee in hand).
